CheckMate PDA: Coming Soon
Our release plan for the new CheckMate PDA has changed frequently due to the rapidly changing PDA environment. Here's the latest status:
The CheckMate PDA for the Blackberry, Windows CE/Pocket PC/Smartphone and Palm OS 5 are scheduled for release by summer of '09. Apple recently announced that the new iPhone operating system is scheduled for release in the summer of '09. The iPhone/iPod version will be released after that to incorporate these changes (3.0 OS); as well as the Symbian version. Despite the delays, we are confident that the all NEW CheckMate PDA will be worth the wait.
The CheckMate PDA is a single comprehensive program that will include basic and specialty info from all the CheckMates. The 12 modules include: Adult, Pediatrics, Trauma, Calculators, Respiratory, Neuro, Labs, Emergency Medications, Illustrations, Assessment, Poison and Drug Overdose, and Bioterrorism.
